Job Description:

Cureskin.in is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, strong expertise in TensorFlow and Python, and a proven track record in leading annotation teams and AI engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to advance our skin health solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute vision projects aimed at improving our AI-powered skincare platform.
Lead and manage annotation teams responsible for data labeling and annotation tasks.
Mentor and guide junior members of the machine learning team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and computer vision to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.
Participate in the evaluation and integration of new AI technologies into our product offerings.
Provide technical leadership and contribute to the growth and success of the AI engineering teams.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Proficiency in TensorFlow and Python is essential.
Strong background in computer vision projects and related technologies.
Demonstrated experience in leading annotation teams and managing data labeling tasks.
Proven track record of leading AI engineering teams consisting of 5 or more individuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
