What you'll do:

• Develop and refine NLP applications to enable the creation of structured digital
• processes using plain text descriptions, enhancing the ease and efficiency of system
• interactions.
• Utilize AI technologies to innovate and improve business processes, including but not
• limited to data analysis, process efficiency, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and execute opportunities for
• new features and AI-driven product enhancements.
• Lead the development lifecycle of AI modules, from concept through deployment,
• ensuring high quality and performance standards.
• Manage and fine-tune both proprietary and open-source machine learning models to
• meet evolving product needs.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in NLP and generative AI models, with a strong foundation in Python and
• experience in model fine-tuning and training.
• Experience in deploying AI models into production environments and scaling them to
• handle large volumes of data or requests.
• Knowledge of ethical AI use, data privacy laws, and model transparency. Understanding
• the implications of AI and ensuring responsible usage
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI, preferably in a SaaS
• environment.
• Strong system design and architecture skills, with demonstrated capability in scalable
• systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Expertise with major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and
• familiarity with APIs like OpenAI.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across
• time zones and with diverse teams.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in AI and related
• technologies.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, and Sagemaker is a plus.
