About the Role:
As a Solutions Engineering Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the integration and
customization of our product offerings for clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in configuring software solutions and facilitating API
integrations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in analyzing client requirements in collaboration with the sales and client-facing
   teams.

2. Learn and contribute to configuring our software solutions to meet client needs and
   business use cases.

3. Gain exposure to API integration processes by assisting in the design and
   implementation of integrations with external systems.

4. Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights and recommendations
   based on your understanding of the technology.

5. Aid in troubleshooting configuration-related issues and challenges during the
   implementation process.

6. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation of configurations and integration
   processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of software development concepts and programming languages
   (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp business use cases and translate them
   into technical solutions.

4. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients, explaining
   technical concepts clearly.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to the team's success.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

1. Familiarity with ERP integrations and process documentation tools.

2. Basic understanding of API integration concepts.

3. Exposure to JSON and SaaS products.
