We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled and results-driven Senior UX/UI Digital Product Designer to join our team in Los Angeles.

Job Description:

As a Senior UX/UI Digital Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our innovative financial platform for creators. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex concepts into intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional digital products. Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, user testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and milestones.
Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to promote consistency and scalability.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our products.
Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, cutting the bs, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and impact on shipped products.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design rationale and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with fintech or the creator economy, or previous experience working at a venture-backed fintech or creator economy startup is a plus.
