Technical Project Manager and Tester at Brahma

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Team Alignment: Support the feature release cycle planning of a 20-member product and tech team across four timezones, managing project timelines from the roadmap to delivery in production.
• Project Management: Utilize tools like Linear for project management and Notion for documentation. Responsible for gathering requirements, ensuring progress tracking, and leading team dailies to align the whole team.
• UX Testing: Conduct UX & QA testing for product features, including staging release testing and routine checks. Lead the testing process and documentation with support from the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical project management, preferably in a startup environment.
• Background: Engineering background in any field is required with some hands-on development experience.
• Adaptability: High motivation and eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Industry Interest: A keen interest in the crypto industry, with the opportunity to learn any field within the industry with us.
• Skills: Experience with UX testing, product development, and handling project management in teams with fast-iterative shipping cycles.
