The United States is experiencing a dramatic shortage of qualified workers in the coming years. U.S. Latinas are the fastest growing female population in the United States and are poised to be the talent to fill many of those jobs. While second and third generation Latinas are adapting to U.S. culture, they still maintain strong attachment to Latino traditions. BeVisible is a social media platform that addresses the cultural duality of Latinas, particularly Latina millennials by providing content and connections to career, education, entrepreneurship and mentorship opportunities.
