We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth who has previously led Growth, Product, Marketing, and Demand-generation initiatives within a SaaS company during the Product-Market Fit stage, ideally with a proven track record in owning pricing and packaging strategies as the company scales from $1-5M in annual revenues to surpassing the $20M mark.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, optimization, and enhancement of Anima's SaaS products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Engage in problem-solving activities to address technical challenges and enhance user experience.
• Provide insights and expertise on best practices in software development within a SaaS framework.

Requirements

• Proven experience with developer tools in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• A continuous learner, open to adopting new technologies and frameworks.
