Position Overview: Adelaide Metrics is seeking a skilled People Operations Associate/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a crucial role in Adelaide's success by owning the entire HR function. Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Description Creation: Develop and update job descriptions that accurately represent the roles within the organization, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Recruiting/Sourcing Talent: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Scheduling Interviews/Panels: Coordinate and schedule interviews and panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Onboarding: Own and maintain the onboarding process, including the creation and distribution of onboarding materials, ensuring new employees are integrated seamlessly into the company.
  • Maintaining Computers and Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of employee records, including digital documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating Employee Status Changes: Manage and document employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Career Pathing (Including Comp Bands): Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a career pathing program, including compensation bands, to help employees understand their growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate the company's benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's HR practices and policies remain compliant.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, providing support to managers and employees in setting goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the tech or ad tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
