New ways to source self-identified, underrepresented talent

Starting today, Recruit Pro customers can now highlight underrepresented talent across gender, race, and ethnicity when sourcing to help diversify their pipeline. Only candidates who have chosen to self-identify and share their demographic information will be included — which over 2 million have done so far. Self-identifying is optional, and candidates are informed on how their information will be used. We won’t exclude other candidates that fit your search, but simply boost underrepresented candidates that match your selection to the top of the list. In your search, you’ll also see pronouns on the candidate cards for those who chose to share them.

Filter by remote work preferences, current locations, and timezones

Recruit Pro customers can now filter by remote preferences, including candidates who are strictly open to remote, in-office, or either or. Filter by location and timezones of remote candidates, and see timezone differences directly on each candidate card.
