Today, we’re excited to announce our partnership with Remote, Panther, and Deel to make it easier to find, hire, and pay remote employees in 160+ countries. Sign up or sync your existing account with any of our partners, and easily start contracts with candidates you hire through our platform.

Since 2020, we’ve seen some of the most drastic changes in hiring in years. Most notably, the rise in remote work, especially abroad. Majority of candidates on our platform have indicated that they’re interested in remote work. In the last year alone, we’ve had nearly 500,000 international candidates look for jobs on our platform.

Our partners exist to make it easy to hire talent from around the world, no matter where your company is based. With this new partnership, companies can easily find international remote candidates on Wellfound, then start the hiring process for them within minutes. Our partners will take care of all payroll, benefits, and compliance needs for any international new hire from there.

How does it work?

Any Wellfound Recruit user can now sync their existing account or sign up with Remote or Panther (and coming soon: Deel) in their settings. Once you're set up there, you'll begin to see international candidates you give an offer to via Wellfound appear under the “hire” tab on Wellfound. From there, you’ll be able to easily start your hiring contracts for any of the candidates through your selected partner, without ever having to leave the page.

Panther: Panther takes care of payroll, benefits, and all legal compliance for international employees. With their platform, you can hire in 160+ countries for $699/month, or $599/month when paid annually. With this plan, there are no minimum contracts and unlimited seats.

Deel (coming soon): Deel offers services to compliantly hire, pay, and manage contractors and employees in 150+ countries. They take care of everything needed to bring on an international employee, including onboarding, contracts, expense management, benefits, payroll, and built-in compliance. Hire contracts for $49/contractor per month or hire international employees starting at $599/employee per month.
