I served in co-manager capacity for Ohio TechAngel Funds, which have invested in 46 companies that have raised $430MM+ in capital. Personally helped form and raise Ohio TechAngel Fund IV, LLC. Executed investment transactions in 19 companies, leading/co-leading syndication for 7 rounds over $800K, including one >$2.3MM. Led due diligence teams for 8 companies, which included giving final presentation and Q&A in front of 80-100 fund members & guests. Served as board director or observer for 6 companies. Co-authored the "Strategic Value Plan Method: Building Strategic Value in Early Stage Technology Companies" and presented Angel Resource Institute course of same title. Syndicated deals with 5 VCs, 6 angel groups, 4 seed funds, 4 family offices, a State-backed loan fund, and several individuals.
