Executed investment transactions in 19 companies, leading/co-leading syndication for 7 rounds over $800K, including one >$2.3MM. Led due diligence teams for 8 companies, which included giving final presentation and Q&A in front of 80-100 fund members & guests. Served as board director or observer for 6 companies. Co-authored the "Strategic Value Plan Method: Building Strategic Value in Early Stage Technology Companies" and presented Angel Resource Institute course of same title.
