Describe the most impressive thing you've done.The Silk Roads - it's not directly a business book per se, but it tells about the movement of commerce over the last 2000+ years and I think history and the spread of ideas can tell you a lot about the future and how leaders lead.
Infinite Jest - it's a modern-day War and Peace at around 1000 pages. Incredibly smart, it talks about everything from the future of technology to addiction to family drama to espionage. It's crazy, hard to read, but very rewarding at the end.
