A serial entrepreneur, Tim built two software infrastructure companies before joining Sierra in 2001 as Managing Director in the Software Team. He headed Sales and Marketing functions at Scopus Technology (NASDAQ:SCOP), which went public in 1995, and was a leader in the CRM space. Scopus was eventually sold to Seibel Systems for $750M in 1997. After that, Tim was Founder/ CEO of Octane Software, a leading provider of e-commerce infrastructure, which he sold to Epiphany (NASDAQ:EPNY) in 2000 for $3.2B. "I relish the Entrepreneurial process: the pace, energy and 24x7 nature of it. I love to help entrepreneurs and build lasting companies with them. Entrepreneurs can relate to that passion in me," says Tim. "Having played the game before, I'm not the guy that's just giving advice; I've been on the field, I've been hit, and I've got up and gone on to success."
