During my doctoral studies at Stanford Univesity, I became fascinated with the psychology behind human computer interactions, which lead to my pioneering research showing why videoconferencing has failed to become ubiquitous despite billions in investments since 1927. This inspired me to found VSee Lab, Inc. so I could realize my vision of creating an easy-to-use video collaboration tool that would eliminate the need to commute to work. This dream has been successfully implemented within VSee, but even more, I want to impact the rest of the world with the benefits of being able to instantly collaborate face-to-face with anyone in the world. I received the DEMO God award at DEMO 06, and am also the co-author of XMPP video standard. My insight into how to make videoconferencing an everyday experience has led to more than 100 invited talks in Iceland to Nigeria to Saudi Arabia, and the U.S. Congress. I received a PhD from Stanford University.
