@ BiasSync - First hire. Developed multiple products for Fortune 500 companies to teach about and measure unconscious bias. Developed data delivery platforms to Fortune 500s to make people insights digestible and actionable. Architected and implemented the initial LMS API and data framework.
@ Tala - Launched behavioral messaging testing and increased total portfolio repayment by 3%, or $5MM/year by changing the copy in reminder text messages.
@ Driftwood - Wrote the app (web and mobile) from scratch using React, React Native and Go. Highlights included map view and geosearch.
@ Tinder - Architected push notifications infrastructure, led backend efforts for Tinder Social, co-architected our V1 anti-spam service, and was a core contributor (1/3) of the ETL pipeline implementation.
