I worked very closely with the design team, product manager, operations team, customer service/member services team and many engineers. The Tasker app is the one stop shop for tasker to manage their schedules, availability, communication with their clients, picking up additional work, updating their profile and skills, checking their performance and earnings, and checking their pay. A redesign was needed since there was it was rushed to launch with the big redesign of TaskRabbit. This project has significant impact on close rate (revenue) and tasker/user sentiment (NPS system).
Features within this app included: app redesign, rescheduling tasks, browsing available tasks, tasker performance dashboard, transaction history, and invoice submission improvements.
