- Started leading and project managing a major system redesign... more of Nubank's customer acquisition system, one of Nubank's most critical systems responsible for onboarding over 2 million customers per month. We aim to reduce product time to market by more than 90% and to unblock new critical business use cases directly impacting 3 of a total of 5 of Nubank's company-level OKRs.
- Acted as one of the main system architects in designing this new Growth system
- Perform high level stakeholder management, including Nubank CEO, CPO, Brazil's GM and other VPs and directors
- Defined the roadmap and OKRs for the team throughout the year
- Grew the team from myself and 3 other engineers into two teams totalling 17 people. The teams are still growing
- Started and led cross-team initiatives to fix major engineering problems within the Growth tribe
