Never take a job for which you are already qualified. (I pretty much followed that advice and I'm still learning!)
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
courageous vs. creative: went to Morocco to live with m boyfriend (who was in the Peace Corps) when I was 17.
Which founders or startups do you most admire?
Kirk Hawkins, for a talk he gave at Oshkosh when customers were restless: "I'm not trying to build you a cheaper aircraft; I'm trying to build you a company that is sustainable and that will support you for the life of your first plane and beyond."

the fourth-grade teacher who told me: I wouldn't criticize you if I didn't know you could do so much better!

I can't really think of one: I've been unusually lucky.
