Drove the creation of pragmatic processes to ensure efficient use of design resources and effective translation of designs into code. Refreshed the brand & website. Overhauled and improved the app's usability and look & feel. Oversaw the design of new features from concept through launch.

We built Emu out of a desire to solve everyday problems in an efficient, delightful manner. We made it a messaging app because that's where people coordinate. We approached the problem by combining smart technology machine learning, natural language processing, contextual awareness with efficient, elegant UX.
As CPO I did product management, strategy, UX, visual design, recruiting, HR, user research, data collection and analysis, and front-end engineering. Also I made the coffee sometimes.
