Built a software development company, Flatstack, with co founders I met online in 2001 and still work with to this day. Today, Flatstack has 65 employees in Kazan, Russia.

If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
I'd be traveling the world to frontier markets working with amazing entrepreneurs solving real problems for real people. Which is not too far off from what I'm fortunate to be able to be doing with my wife Anne Driscoll.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
When someone tells you no, you're probably doing something right. Like Dad says "run the race with perseverance."
