What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

I don't read business books and prefer sci-fi, mangas and research papers for my downtime but the closest to one would be 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell.

What's your favorite non-business book?

Miyazawa Kenji's Night on the Galactic Railroad (銀河鉄道の夜 Ginga Tetsudō no Yoru) : just the best book I ever read.
