I co-founded Silicon Valley Commerce, a 100+ person company with $300M+ in cumulative sales. I built and led a 25-person engineering and data organization, owning hiring and the technology budget. Earlier, I co-founded Push Computing, which MobileIron acquired.
At SVC, technology was tied to daily commercial decisions: what to sell, how to price it, when to replenish, and where to spend. I set the roadmap with finance, operations, and marketing, and built the systems behind pricing, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and analytics. Machine learning and automation were part of how the business operated.
Today, I help founders improve the systems behind sales and operations. I assess where AI is useful, define the product and technical roadmap, and build and deploy the solution.
My 2026 work includes a private agent platform for delegated business operations: coordinating agents, maintaining shared task state, and defining what they can act on, what needs approval, and how completion is verified. I've integrated Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into that work.
On the commerce side, I've led a B2B buying experience from acquisition through guided product configuration, quote requests, lead tracking, and measurement. I owned product and technical direction and used AI-assisted engineering to take it into production.
I've also built a quantitative research platform spanning alpha mining and strategy backtesting. The work includes genetic algorithm optimization with custom risk and stability objectives, walk-forward validation, out-of-sample studies, and reproducible distributed experiments. The aim is to test whether a promising result holds up beyond the data used to find it.
Earlier, my Android publishing business at Go Play Ventures released 20K+ apps and reached 250K+ daily active users. I also led platform tools and infrastructure at MobileIron after the acquisition.
I offer AI consulting and fractional CTO support, and I'm also considering full-time CTO roles. If manual workflows or disconnected systems are holding your team back, bring me the problem and the tools you use today.
Describe the most impressive thing you've done.
