I have been a part of more than 60 early and growth stage transactions in excess of $600M in financing and have assessed many hundreds more opportunities. Investments include Fracture (acquired by Summit Capital), Fattmerchant (acquired by Greater Sum Ventures), and XOS Digital (acquired by Catapult Group: ASX listed CAT). I possess strong project management skills in leading diligence and risk assessment activities. As part of diligence efforts, I was responsible for building dynamic financial models and reviewing budgets, executive management and staffing capacities, technology, market, and competitive factors. Also, through my professional tenure I have developed excellent interpersonal skills working in collaboration with colleagues, investment committee members, board directors, and executive management to help scale and professionalize investment companies.
