I moved up through the ranks of equity research, becoming a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Equity Research by 30 and general partner of BMP's Crossover Fund by 32. I paused twice along the way to get Masters degrees, in Endocrinology and Pharmacology. As an MD, my team placed #1 in revenue creation for our firm.
