Founded the Digital Rights Agency in 2003 after recognizing the need for a system to intermediate between content owners and a growing set of digital retailers. Built a complex platform for management, transcoding and digital delivery of content assets and royalty reporting. Signed on 500 content owners and 100+ digital retailers worldwide. Grew with no financing to $10M in revenue and via mergers to $50M and a listing on the NASDAQ big board. Public company board experience.
Co-founded Echo Networks an early social Internet radio company. Grew to 1M+ users. Acquired by consortium of music retailers including Best Buy, Borders, Virgin Entertainment Group, Hastings and Transworld.
Served on board of Digital Media Association, lobbying for MTV, Amazon, Real Networks and others.
Co-founded Fanzy, the world's first social loyalty rewards network. Fanzy is currently connecting over 16,000 brands with more than 325,000 social influencers who reach 100M people on Facebook.
