    My proudest business accomplishment was when I co-founded an information technology company that created new, retail industry benchmark products and indexes. As co-CEO, I lead all aspects of the business and provided the operational leadership including hiring the staff, directing the creation and production of the technology, creating and managing the sales and marketing team, instituting the installation and support organization and growing the business by more than 50% each year.

    Today the company is approaching $120 million in sales with 275 people including international distribution in global regions, including much of EMEA and APAC.
