    In addition to his role with Ignite, he is President of the Spokane Angel Alliance, Managing Member of Kick-Start angel investment funds and serves on the boards of several emerging companies.

    Previously, he was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Kapsien (NASDAQ: KSPN), an innovative eCommerce company which grew to $120 million in revenues prior to being acquired in 2016. He holds a BA in business administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from The Wharton School. In 2018, Tom was inducted into Spokane's Citizen Hall of Fame for his contributions to Economic Development and Business in the region.

    He is private pilot (AreoTrek 240A), Triathlete (completed 5 IronMans) and practices yoga daily.
