    First worked on implementing a new CRM into the Ops team, integrated an external call centre, brought in NPS as the main metric for all of Customer Services.

    Then moved... more to the HQ in London to take over Commercial Products. Introduced the first train ticketing mobile apps beginning in 2009 (Nokia phones, then iPhone, Windows, then Android - this was based on usage at that time) whilst re-platforming the main booking system in combination with optimisating the booking flow.
