Achievements
I implemented various systems and processes that allowed facebook datacenter ops to scale efficiently. My software team created the software that enables seamless, automated installation and maintenance of all hardware in their datacenters. All added together I enabled facebook to scale from a couple hundred servers to hundreds of thousands of servers, while reducing the need for a larger labor force and reducing time spent across the board (from hardware installers all the way to software engineers), to get servers online.
