I’m a four time people operations & culture leader who was forged in the startup fires of early stage Seed- Series B companies. Having grown people operations organizations and infrastructure from the ground up, I have a strong understanding of what is needed (from a people, processes, values, and systems perspective) to create thriving teams in growing companies. For the past two plus years, I’ve leveraged my in house experiences in startups to support the development of the Kapor Capital portfolio of 130+ social impact tech companies. As a Senior Director on the Platform team, I’ve served as an advisor to founders and people leaders, consulting and coaching on topics spanning the entire employee lifecycle (i.e. headcount planning, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, career pathing, employee engagement, and DEI strategies).
