    - Investigated and reported bugs with detailed reproduction steps and screenshots, greatly accelerating fix development and verification.
    - Designed own bug reporting template to produce consistent and complete bug reports.
    - Authored best-practices bug filing guides for other testers to improve their I18N bug reports. One particular guide was for RTL/BiDi (Right-To-Left and Bi-Directional) bugs.

    I built a diversified portfolio of early-stage startups by applying a set of self-developed selection criteria.

    I advise my investees and other startups on technology and business strategy issues. I have specific expertise in Globalization (G11N), preparing startups for expansion into foreign markets through Internationalization (I18N) and Localization (L10N).

    While at Google, I was instrumental in launching a number of globalized products for overseas users. These included several releases of Android OS, Noto fonts and Google Assistant.
