In most recent 6-year project, led the development of a Silicon Valley venture-backed company focused on reinventing major categories of building products for sustainability. Joined following $7M Series A financing, quickly pivoted to a new strategy and business model that attracted $28M in additional top-tier venture capital. Led company through product definition-development, factory financing-design-construction, and new product rollout. Built complete and high-performing leadership team. Led strategic initiatives in industry and with government agencies. With revenue ramp underway, transitioned from CEO to Senior Advisor role to enable company to relocate HQ from Bay Area in CA to plant site in Wisconsin.
