As the Global Social Media Strategist, I growth hacked Norton's software. They have around 280 Million uninstalls of Norton software on OEM devices through partnerships with Lenovo, HP, etc... the in-product messaging was atrocious and full of fear-mongering. We reimagined the messaging and integrated social aspects into the product, leading to a 5.3% increase in conversion, which led to over $1,000,000,000 in new renewals. Last test, we optimized it to 7.1%. Overall, I personally made Norton/Symantec almost $1.5 billion dollars.
I'm also the Director of Social Business for 3 startups in Silicon Valley and 2 startups in Kansas City. I have building social buzz down to a science.
I also focus on using the right marketing technologies in your marketing cloud for optimal optimization, or as I like to say, "awesomeization".
