Ted O'Meara

Ted has worked with over a hundred different companies across all industry sectors during the past decade, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. As the Director of User Experience at Intridea, a software consultancy based out of Washington, DC, Ted worked with clients such as Amazon, Citi, and JP Morgan Chase and built a solid foundation of developing software and managing global software development teams.

Later in his career, Ted continued to build his knowledge of the theories underlying the practical application of coding and designing software solutions through the Master’s in Information Systems/Human-centered Computing program at UMBC. His expertise in user experience positioned him to lead the front-end redesign of Amazon’s Mechanical Turk

Recently, Ted helped to design and build a custom analytics solution for a company that was recently acquired for several billion dollars.
