    Co-Founded Rightster (early 2011) the largest online video distribution company, working with Fashion, Sports, News and Viral video brands and rights holders. Held many roles and helped grow the company to 250 people in 11 countries. Rightster went public in 2014 and after 4 acquisitions Tabitha's exited the business in May 2015. She was recognised as one of the industry’s leading young talents in Media Week’s 30 Under 30 in 2012 and The Evening Standard’s Silicon 60.
