Building and scaling the Yelp Engineering team. When I took over engineering in 2011, we were still very much in firefighter-hero mode, it's taken a while but we've grown past that stage as an organization. I'm extremely proud to see the folks on my team continue to scale and grow with the organization. I'm also proud of the strong engineering culture we have that continues to innovate as things get more complex, it's a testament to the talent we've cultivated.
