Stephen Kappers

Graduated from University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting, attended law school at University of Virginia. From law school, began a 20 year legal career at Smith & Schnacke in Dayton, Ohio, and then transferred to Cors & Bassett in Cincinnati, Ohio. Focused on business matters including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, construction matters and corporate finance, became the Managing Partner at Cors & Bassett.

Since leaving the practice of law in 1999, held a variety of executive positions at CSA Group, the country’s largest Hispanic owned engineering firm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, American Micro Products, a high precision machining company, and Auto Vehicle Parts Co. and its related companies which distribute, manufacture and sell automotive and industrial fasteners
