Currently a Design Engineer at Apple I led the Bedtime feature in iOS10. I created initial wireframes and user flows and conducted quantitative and qualitative user research to validate behavior. Previously I lead the cognitive science for developing brain training games at TidePool Inc where I translated cognitive research tasks into novel engaging brain training games played by 500,000+ iPhone users. I am trained as a neuroscientist (PhD) with published research in internationally recognized scientific journals and reported on by The New York Times, CBS News, KQED & others.
