    Bluffworks
Founder, CEO 2012 - Present (over 14 years)
I founded Bluffworks in 2012 to make apparel that could keep up with my own fast-paced life. Since then, we have built a passionate following of guys more focused on work,... more travel, and play than they are caring for their clothes; yet, they still want to look great.

I grew the company with a mix of tenacity along-side my day job, followed by four Kickstarter projects. Bluffworks has grown rapidly, and become profitable. We're now raising capital to support accelerated growth.

    Bluffworks Kickstarter: The Original Pants
The project that launched Bluffworks: easy, stylish pants
Kickstarter: 1,181 backers pledged $128,722 to help bring this project to life.

Launched a new line of men's pants wearable for days without… · More washing or ironing. Suitable for the office or adventure, they fuel an active life.

Bluffs are designed to look great in the office, but stand up to being rolled, folded, stuffed in a bag, and most importantly worn time and time again without ironing or washing in between. Because they are cool and light, they are comfortable when you're on a bike, or jammed into a hot subway train. A built-in mobility gusset accommodates a wide range of activity.
Bluffworks Kickstarter: The Ultimate Travel Chino
An incredibly soft, wrinkle-free pant that can go for days
Kickstarter: 781 backers pledged $118,447 to help bring this project to life.

We wanted an ultra wrinkle-free chino that feels like cotton, but has… · More advanced technical characteristics like lots of stretch. And we wanted it to never wrinkle. Like ever.

This is hard to do, because adding technical features usually makes pants look and feel technical. But the status quo wasn't good enough for us. So we worked on the chino for two years, and finally had a breakthrough.

Soft, stretchy wrinkle-free. Made of material that feels like the finest chino.

Fast drying and easy-care that will blow you away.

This pant will replace three in your drawer.

Because we bet you have better things to do than care for your pants...

You guys, our customers told us that in addition to the Bluffs we currently sell on bluffworks.com, you wanted something more casual that was soft with a bit of stretch.

So we put our heart and soul into it, and frankly, we're stunned by the results.

Having two products is about choice. It's not that one pant is better than the other. It's that they're both great options, with slightly different appearance and capabilities.

Regardless which of our pants you wear, it's our belief that your pants should be the least of your worries. We want to equip you with clothing that propels whatever your passion is and makes you feel great, both at home and on the road.
    Bluffworks Kickstarter: The Gramercy Blazer
    The only blazer you'll need: machine-washable, wrinkle-free
Kickstarter: 1,252 backers pledged $342,185 to help bring this project to life.

After three years of development, we are finally ready to present to… · More you our best product yet - a machine washable, wrinkle-free blazer that looks and feels like wool.

This is a blazer you can shove in a bag, and comes out looking great every time.

A blazer that stays cool, even when the temperature rises. A blazer you can wear nonstop, with lots of pockets and secret security features to carry your things.

All in a technical package that looks and feels like wool.

Now that it's finally here, this is one blazer you will ever need.

Bluffworks Kickstarter: The Meridian Dress Shirt
A wrinkle-free shirt that stays fresh for days
Kickstarter: 1,017 backers pledged $168,782 to help bring this project to life.

After two years of development, we are finally ready to present to… · More you one of our finest products yet - a high performance, machine washable, dress shirt that never wrinkles, but has a natural look and feel that rivals any shirt you own.

This is a shirt you can shove in a bag, and comes out looking great every time.

A shirt you can wear for multiple days in a row, without smell and without wrinkles.

Whether you wash it in a sink, machine, or a stream - it will always be ready to go.

All in a technical package that looks and feels like the finest cotton shirts you own.

We spent the last two years working on this shirt, trying to create a performance dress shirt with advanced capabilities, and a natural look and feel.

We did it. And combined with anti-microbial properties, have a created a shirt that you can wear nonstop - for work, physical activity like biking, traveling, whatever - for multiple days in a row.
