Led full product life cycle innovation & execution at Placer.ai, which grew from 200 to 600 FTE, raising $100M and hitting a $1B valuation.

Head of Innovation and Products at The Real Estate Board of New York, spearheading innovation initiatives and PropTech development. Launched Manhattan's first authoritative Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and centralized property database.

Built Create.io from an idea to a 12 person company serving over 10,000 real estate, brokerage, and AEC professionals across the Eastern US. Took the company through the Techstars accelerator, and was selected for White House initiatives to use open data and mapping to further access to economic opportunity in at risk communities.

Negotiated $10 million tax incentive, paving the way for the development of 186 units of affordable housing in an underprivileged area. Secured tax increment and government grant financing for the redevelopment of a blighted shopping center into a vibrant mixed-use community.
