If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
Between family and kite surfing, I am crazy about helping people grow their business. I like to eat, and drink good wine. Honestly, I can't complain.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
Plan. Separate strategic and operational thinking. Work with the smartest people. Keep learning. Learn in areas you are weak. Be a better person, spend time on it, do it. Balance your life weekly. Be happy, maladjustment is poor leadership.
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
Start a company from nothing and build it.

All of them.

Recognizing talent and drive. Doing the hard stuff and sweating the details, when no one else wants to.
