Second startup, Blue Square Studios, was founded in 2002. Blue Square Studios developed a SAAS platform called Hospitality Toolkit (HTK), a web-presence management software for the hospitality/travel industry. By 2007, with less than $1M capital raised, over 300 independent Resort & Hotel brands were using the platform. Blue Square Studios was acquired by Travelclick, Inc in June 2007.
