    What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

    Hard to choose just 1, but the 4-hour work week was what got me started on my journey, so I owe a lot to that book.

    What's your favorite non-business book?

    On Writing Well by WIlliam zinsser. Beautiful little book by someone who is clearly passionate about their craft.

    What words of advice would you give your younger self?

    Make more mistakes. That's how you get to the good ideas.

    Kindness is a choice.

    What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

    I get fired up by things that make a tangible benefit in people's lives. I really enjoy knowing that it's possible to enter someone's life and make a lasting positive change.
