    Co-founded and ran a digital agency for 20+ years. Utilizing that experience and resources, co-founded startups like Make.TV, Audiotool.com (and others like Hobnox.com, papaya CMS, defrac).

    Collected a lot of experience with the specifics of running a distributed company (USA/Germany) and moving it to the US as well as scaling a startup (and building up the processes needed for that).
