At Airbnb, I led international expansion efforts out of HQ, serving as project/product manager across every function of the business.
It took Airbnb 5 years to hit 5M nights booked just weeks before the expansion.
We doubled to 10M nights booked two months later after the first wave of launches in Europe and LATAM.

Over a two week period in February 2012 we opened offices in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Russia with large integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
I managed the overall timelines across all HQ departments, while focusing most of my time on:
- Product Internationalization/i18n
- Product Marketing
- Integrated marketing & communications launch campaign encompassing PR, events, social media and online advertising across all channels including video
