I co-founded Intelligent.ly, a leadership development company in Boston. The company helped thousands of emerging leaders across hundreds of companies in Boston learn fundamental management skills.
As a member of Smarterer's executive team, I led marketing and operations, helping to grow and exit the company to Pluralsight in 2014 (11x return).
Following the acquisition of Smarterer, I led People Operations as a member of the executive team at Pluralsight (NASDAQ: PS).
