USER AGREEMENT AND OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
STAKE MOBILE CORPORATION (“STAKE”) owns and operates this mobile application that links to and contains these Terms of Use. We are pleased to offer you access to our Application and the ability to participate in our fantasy sports contests of skill, other content, products, services, and promotions (collectively the "Services") that we may provide from our Application, subject to these Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"), our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and the Official Rules and Regulations contained in these Terms of Use for the applicable contests and promotions (the "Rules" or "Rules and Scoring," and together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the "Agreements").
CONTEST SCORING
The winner and loser of each STAKE contest shall be determined solely by the accumulated player statistics in the category or categories shown in the application. You agree to review the category or categories of player statistics that determine the winner for each STAKE contest prior to entering a STAKE, as all STAKE contest entries are final and not refundable. Your fantasy team will be made up of the players selected and / or confirmed by you – which must come from more than one real life game and more than one real life team (and cannot compose an entire team).
For STAKE’s standard player statistic scoring system (“STAKE points”), STAKE Points are offered on a 1:1 basis with the governing scoring system of the sporting contest, with changes to this system only if noted in the Application (and confirmed by you in the Application) for a specific contest. Therefore:
· Runs count for one STAKE Point each (baseball)
· Points count for one STAKE Point each (football)
· Points count for one STAKE Point each (basketball)
· Goals count for one STAKE Point each (hockey)
· Goals count for one STAKE Point each (soccer/European football)
· Runs count for one STAKE Point each (cricket)

STAKE APPLICATION
Apple is not a sponsor of the Application. Apple is not involved in any way with the contests or prizes offered by STAKE. None of the contest prizes or promotions are Apple products or gift cards or have any association with Apple. Prizes will only be awarded if a Contest is run and concluded and a prize is indicated in the Rewards section of the Application. We reserve the right to cancel Contests at any time.
