    - Lead engineer for infrastructure. Responsible for infrastructure roadmap, security and compliance, vendor management, and day-to-day technical operations.
    - Established... more ReadMe’s first continuous deployment system, accelerating the release frequency from weekly to multiple releases per day. Automated deploys by integrating vendor APIs with a React UI to provide a smooth user experience. This system had facilitated >1,000 deploys by March 2024.
    - Drove the migration of all ReadMe services from Heroku to Render to improve reliability and security. Led vendor selection, project planning, and implementation. The migration has allowed ReadMe to meet or exceed SLAs for enterprise customers.
    - Developed processes and introduced technology to support the needs of a maturing engineering team. Rolled out infrastructure-as-code, blameless postmortems, centralized observability, and private networking. Organized engineering participation in SOC 2 compliance and security initiatives, enabling 3 years of successful SOC 2 audits.
