## Company Leadership
- 2018–2020: Engineering Lead for IGNITE, Dropbox’s software engineering apprenticeship program to identify & coach software engineers from non-traditional backgrounds. In our first year, we hosted a cohort of 8 apprentices in our SF office, and I was responsible for the definition of the program, the interviewing & recruiting of apprentices, and designing checkpoints to track progress of apprentices & mentors. In 2019–2020, I am now leading working groups of other managers & ICs to spread the responsibility, with a goal of hosting 22 apprentices across all three of Dropbox’s US engineering offices.
- 2017–2018: Co-DRI for Dropbox’s “Product Engineering Women” DEI working group
- 2016: Part of 5-person working group who wrote and tested new question set for Dropbox’s engineering behavioral interview, given to hundreds of engineering candidates every year. Solely responsible for developing and delivering training for interviewers on this new interview.
- Ongoing: Informal mentor for EMs & PMs across organization
