If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
Teaching and mentoring on business acumen, career and leadership development, life skills, social innovation, community engagement and global philanthropy. Would also have a next impactful venture to pursue through completion.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
Explore new horizons, be multi dimensional and global in your perspectives, knowledge and capabilities. Pursue multi channels of success. Understand that adversity is a part of the growth and success process.
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
Beyond the strategic innovation in my corporate career, I would have to say conceiving and building 2 consumer entrepreneurial businesses with 600 plus products (scheduled for 2019) launch and writing a 129 USPTO and WGA registrared screenplay.
Which founders or startups do you most admire?
All founders who have achieved a successful exit. I fully understand the vision, strategic planning, action plans, along with personal commitment and hard work, resilience, pivots and perseverance required throughout the work in progress.
What's your super power?
Not sure that I am worthy of a super power. I would say key traits are my laser focus on achieving goals, work ethic, passion for learning and success, resilience, teamplayer; and ability to build trust and rapport, earn creditibility.

What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?
Vision, innovation, strategy, achievement and gratification of mentoring, coaching others to succeed, be recognized and accomplish their goals.
What's an obstacle you've overcome?
Grew up in very humble beginnings with single Mother of 5 children, public housing and poverty. My career success and global leadership are travels beyond imagination.
